STAY IN LINE - 20 Ginger Red

WHAT IT IS: Looking for a lip liner that'll keep your lips hydrated and nourished while giving you a matte finish? Give Stay in Line in Ginger Red a try! This soft and creamy lip liner pencil is infused with vitamin E and jojoba oil to keep your lips moisturized. It glides on smoothly and is highly pigmented, making it easy to shape and define your lips.
