Occasionally, USPS marks a package as delivered by mistake when it is being held at the post office or it is still in transit. Before contacting us:
1. Wait 2-3 days to see if the package is delivered and check with your neighbors/apartment complex management if it was delivered elsewhere by mistake.
2. Please visit your local post office and inquire about the package (we recommend an in-person visit, not calling as it’s usually not successful). If USPS confirms that the package is lost, please contact us and we would be happy to help resolve the issue.
If an order is in "pre-shipment" it means that it has been packaged and the carrier has picked up the package, but has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Once a package is picked up by the carrier, it is out of our hands and we have no control over when they scan the package. Often they will not scan a package until it is delivered or near the destination. This is just as frustrating for us as it is for you, which is why we do our best to have the carrier pick up the orders in a timely manner. Please contact us if your tracking has not updated and it has been at least 14 business days since you received a tracking number via email.
Unfortunately, it is not always a guarantee that we can change the address after a purchase has been made. Our response time to inquiries is typically 5-7 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays). To ensure a smooth process, we strongly recommend double-checking the shipping address before finalizing your order. Taking this precaution will help avoid any potential address-related issues.
If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect after placing the order, please note that we can reship the order to the correct address, but there may be a fee associated with this service. Additionally, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to inquire if they can forward the package to the correct address or make changes to the delivery address before the package is delivered. This proactive step can help prevent delivery complications and ensure that your order reaches you as intended

Damages & Exchanges
Only products purchased from this site may be returned, for a credit or exchange. We work hard to ensure that you are using the best cosmetics and skincare products possible. Your business is important to us and we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges ship for free. We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund. We cannot refund gift certificates or credits. Once the package arrives at our return center, it takes 4-5 business days to process.

What is Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments by Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase with remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen method. If you choose to make additional payments before scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
When will my items be delivered if I use Installments by Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping timeframe after you complete your order online.
