While we happily ship to (almost) all countries worldwide, please note the following.
All international orders are subject to customs, duty, and all import fees as defined by the country of import. Customs, duty, and all import fees are not included in your Jason Wu Beauty order and/or shipping total. Jason Wu Beauty is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. We unfortunately do not ship to the following countries:
Spain, Mexico, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales including gift cards are final. Jason Wu Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 7 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

In the event that you are issued a refund for your purchase, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This may take 5-7 business days.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have yet to receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please reach out to support at email@example.com. We will get back to you during our business hours (M-Th 8:30am-5pm PST, F 8:30am-4:30pm PST)
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final.
If there is a promotion, the discount code must be placed within the promotional time frame. We cannot honor any discount codes outside of the promotional time frame.
