At Jason Wu Beauty, your business is important to us, and we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns that are made from 31-60 days after delivery are eligible for store credit.  No refunds or exchanges after 60 days or more after delivery date.

Only products purchased from www.jasonwubeauty.com may be returned for a credit or exchange. Items purchased from another retail store location or website must be returned to the original place of purchase. 

We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund. 

We cannot refund gift certificates.
