STAY IN LINE - 19 True Red

WHAT IT IS: Look no further than Stay in Line in True Red! This soft and creamy lip liner pencil is infused with vitamin E and jojoba oil to keep your lips moisturized, and glides on smoothly for easy application. Plus, it's highly pigmented and comes in a beautiful, natural shade of true red.

HOW TO USE: 
simply outline your lips starting with the outer corners, draw slightly over the edge to give the illusion of a fuller lip, and fill in as desired. For optimal results, we recommend pairing it with our coordinating Honey Fluff Lip Cream. (Model is wearing corresponding Honey Fluff Lip Cream.)
