INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At Jason Wu Beauty, your business is important to us and we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not accept any international returns/exchanges. A refund will only be considered if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Duties/customs fees are not paid to Jason Wu Beauty, therefore, no refunds on duties/customs are applicable.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

For products purchased directly from Jason Wu Beauty, we accept refund  requests made within 14 days of delivery at your address (shipping and handling not included). To request a refund, please contact our customer service team: mayihelpyou@jasonwubeauty.com 

NOTE:

Only products purchased from www.jasonwubeauty.com are eligible for a refund.  Items purchased from another retail store location or website must be returned to the original place of purchase. 

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund. 

We cannot refund gift certificates.
