IYKYK this is a dupe for the grindhouse sharpener. Literally the best sharpener I have used can tackle even the most stubborn pencil and give you a sharp point... until I tried this one. I tried it on all the pencils I had that I needed to buy the UD sharpener for and it worked just as well! Actually maybe even BETTER because this is HALF THE PRICE and seems to be much better made than my UD
